Science Bowl
This is an introductory course to science bowl, a fast-paced jeopardy style buzzer competition. We will cover many different areas of science, such as Earth Science, Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. This class is for students who are beginning or interested in science fields. We will have fun while learning about all the different areas of science in the process. Come Join Us!

Teachers
Oliver Ye
Oliver is a current Freshman at Saratoga High. He founded the Lawson science bowl club, and has been its president for two years. Oliver was a state qualifier for Math League, and has been on the AMC8 honor roll three times. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and woodworking. He has taught US History three times in the past, as well as Science Bowl twice. He is very excited to work with his students!
Tim Jing
Tim is an 8th grade student at Miller Middle School. He was Oliver's teaching assistant for the last three semesters. Tim is on the Miller Science Olympiad Team, placing second and fourth in the Science Olympiad California state competition. He is on Miller's Science Bowl Team. Tim also received the Distinguished Honor Roll on AMC 8. Tim is excited to work with his students!
